7 Recommendation Approve and authorize the following: 1.Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with Kennedy Jenks for final design of TVRWRF Recycled Water Pipeline in the amount of $369,811; 2.Execution by the General Manager of the District’s standard form of necessary contract and agreements including administrative award of contracts for the completion of the project including securing the necessary right-of-way easements and permits; and 3.Additional appropriation of $736,200 to cover project costs through the Bid/ Award Phase.
