5. Recommendations
Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with the lowest responsive bidder, Paulus Engineering, Incorporated, in the amount of $114,330;
Rejection of all other bids received under Specification No. 1321P – Rebid except the second lowest bid; and
Administrative Award and Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contracts with the necessary consultants, contractors, and suppliers for construction of Reach 4 Air Valve Replacements.
Project funding is included as part of the District’s FY Operating Fixed Asset (OFA) Budget. No additional appropriation is requested at this time.
