7 Recommendations Execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of contract with Dudek of San Diego, California, for final design of the Mountain Avenue West Recharge Basin Project in the amount of $896,926; and Administrative award and execution by the General Manager, or his designee, of the District’s standard form of necessary contracts and agreements for final design of the Mountain Avenue West Recharge Basin Project. Board appropriated funds for this phase of the project in August 2016.
