Processing Land Use Permit Requests for Change of Limited Access Control

**The Chief Engineer must approve the permit request prior to the issuance of a land use permit authorizing work within the limited access right of way. Transportation and Mobility Planning Division Land Use Permit Staff will ensure that all district reviews have been completed, CTB approval has been granted, monetary compensation has been paid and any/all other conditions have been satisfied prior to submitting the permit request to the Chief Engineer.
