Interactive Charts  To create an interactive chart:  Choose academic year  Choose school(s)  Click on the Charts button  Select Report  Element Ratings Distribution  Final Effectiveness Rating  Overall Professional Practices Rating Distribution  Sorted Elements  Sorted Standards  Student Academic Growth  Select Group  Click on “Generate” to produce the chart.  Optional Filters  Grades (not a populated field)  Content Area(s) (not a populated field)  Status  Probationary  Non-probationary  Other  Evaluator(s)  Final Rating(s)  Click on Apply Filters

Interactive Charts Cont.  Interactive Features:  Clicking on any of the bars in the chart will produce a list of those educators that are in that grouping  In the list you will be able to view that educator’s Final Effectiveness Rating (Click on FER on the right)  You can clear the filter at the top of the list by clicking on “x Clear Filter” This clears all the filters and the complete list of educators will be listed.  You can see the Rubric by clicking on the “View Rubric Details” button just below the chart.  You can adjust the graph to be a stacked graph, horizontal or vertical bars or sort from high to low.

 Element Ratings Distribution- Ratings for each level of the rubric on each Element in that chosen Standard  Group (chosen by user),  Standard (chosen by user),  Status (probationary teachers/non-probationary teachers or both),  Evaluators (can see all, or choose specific evaluators to view),  Final Ratings (can see educators will all final rating levels or just those who received a particular final rating)  Final Effectiveness Rating- Ratings for each level of the rubric for each Effectiveness Level  Group (chosen by user),  Status (probationary teachers/non-probationary teachers or both),  Evaluators (can see all, or choose specific evaluators to view),  Final Ratings (can see educators will all final rating levels or just those who received a particular final rating) What is found in each Chart?

 Overall PP Rating Distribution- Ratings for each level on the rubric for each Quality Standard  Group (chosen by user),  Status (probationary teachers/non-probationary teachers or both),  Evaluators (can see all, or choose specific evaluators to view),  Final Ratings (can see educators will all final rating levels or just those who received a particular final rating)  Sorted Elements- Rating levels for each level on the rubric for all Elements or chosen Elements  Group (chosen by user),  Status (probationary teachers/non-probationary teachers or both),  Evaluators (can see all, or choose specific evaluators to view),  Final Ratings (can see educators will all final rating levels or just those who received a particular final rating)  Standards (all standards or only chosen standards) What is found in each Chart?

Exports  To create a file for export:  Choose academic year  Choose school(s)  Click on the Exports button  Select Report  Evaluation Activities Status by Educator  Evaluator Assessment Professional Practices  Evaluator Assessment Ratings  Evaluator Assignments  Final Effectiveness Ratings  Goals and Actions Export  MSL/MSO Template Assignments  Observation Summary Export  Overdue Evaluation Activities Export  Staff Information by Location and Role  Select Group (applicable to only some of the reports not all)  Select Report Type .CVS  Excel  Click “Generate”  A “Report Download” pop up will appear showing the status of the download. When it is complete a link will appear in the box. Click on the link to open the report.
