Council Incentives Every Scout who sells $600 will get a ticket to the December 16 th Manchester Monarchs Game. Scouts who sell $1,500 will get a lower level seat. All participating Scouts are invited to the pregame popcorn party. The top seller in each district will receive a Garmin Handheld GPS. The council top seller will earn a Kindle Fire.
