(Ex: Hi my name is ____ and I am selling popcorn to raise money for my boy scout troop activities. Will you help me go to camp? / Will you help me reach my sales goal?) Do not ask “do you want to buy popcorn? Start with your family, friends…people that you know Have your scout make the ask (in uniform is great!)
