The plan should include for example the following: A formal methodology Resource management Project tracking and progress reporting Provide loaned printers Provide quarterly maintenance Report on printers Incident management; and all requirements that are required for the project. Training The service provider should develop a skill transfer plan on how to transfer skills to users and ICT technician on handling printers to avoid breakdowns and provide ICT with skills on how to resolve faults that are not critical. 30% 15%
