5 Page 5[Insert presentation title] Mandatory Requirements The bidders must provide a letter from Solution Vendor which indicates that they are accredited to implement, supply and support the proposed solution. Failure by the Fund and the successful bidder to conclude a contract within 60 days following the issuing by the Fund of the award letter to the successful bidder, will result in the bid being deemed to be non-responsive which will then entitle the Fund to consider other responsive bids and award the tender to another bidder or bidders. 7 Page 7[Insert presentation title] Functional criteriaWeightings Project Plan Architect the solution  Supply all required hardware, software and licensing for the solution (must run on a UNIX or Windows OS)  Implement the architected solution  Capture and store any ICT systems, database tables, schema’s etc) from ICT systems as identified by the RAF.  Import historical data that may be available  Build meaningful dashboard, charts and graphs as per RAF requirements.  Create alerts as required by RAF  Implement granular role-base access controls to the solution and the information contained therein as per RAF requirements.  Training as well as knowledge transfer to RAF ICT Staff in terms of - Formal Training of ICT Staff for maintenance, configuration and ongoing support of the solution. - Knowledge and skills to ICT Staff for maintaining, configuration and ongoing support of the solution. 20 Evaluation Criteria (continue)

13 Page 13[Insert presentation title] Purpose of the Tender The RAF wishes to appoint a service provider that is experienced, suitable and qualified for the implementation of a Security Log Monitoring Tool The Service Provider must: −Supply all required hardware, software and licensing for the solution (must run on a UNIX or Windows OS) – 3Years −Implement the architected solution −Capture and store any ICT system data (eg: Logs, registry, configuration, files systems, database tables, schema’s, etc...) −Import historical data that may be available −Build meaningful dashboard, charts and graphs as per RAF requirements. −Create alerts as required by RAF −Role-based access controls to the solution −Training as well as knowledge transfer to RAF ICT Staff in terms of  Formal Training of ICT Staff for maintenance, configuration and ongoing support of the solution.  Knowledge and skills to ICT Staff for maintaining, configuration and ongoing support of the solution
