First stage The first stage of evaluation will be based on paper and presentations as set out in this bid / tender document. It is important for our staff that deal directly with the public or claimant to be easily identifiable. Note that the RAF staff are based nationally in all regions. Some are office bound based in provincial offices, hospitals, community service centres.Others are outbound and mobile i.e information collection and patient outreach pragramme. Their uniform should suite their work environment, designed to accommodate their day to day operations. However, the uniform should still maintain the same identity / traits.
