Status of WebTrends Issues with WebTrends still exist Non-Portal site profiles are working Some Portal profiles are working Testing continues with DOIT and WebTrends technical staff

Accessibility Update Update by Kathleen Anderson

New Portal/CMS Initiative Privileged Information - to insure an open and fair procurement process no information should be disclosed to potential proposers. Allocated money for a replacement product and consulting services We were approved for 2 new positions for FY2008 and 2 new positions for FY 2009

Target Timeline* Post Bid/RFP by November 5, 2007 Evaluate response December 07- January 08 Demonstrations from Vendors in February 08 Select and Award by May 08 Implementation in 2009 *Timeline is Subject to Change

Impact on PMG Staff will be shifting duties and priorities for the next several months. We want to ensure all problems and requests are addressed as quickly as possible. Support Process Submit all requests and problems directly to the DOIT Help Desk. This can be done by calling Help Desk at or by completing an online portal request form that goes directly into the tracking system. Someone in PMG will be monitoring the Help Desk tickets on a daily basis and will prioritize them as they come in. Whoever is designated that day on the Portal staff to handle tickets will get back to you in order of priority and may need to obtain additional information before the problem can be resolved.

Service Level Changes To further ensure we can keep to our project milestones and keep up with support requests, we are also making the following temporary changes to our day-to-day service levels through the end of the calendar year: All requests for training on the current Portal product will be evaluated and scheduled as needed. Training for new features in the current Portal product is suspended (until January 2008) The current Portal “facelift” in progress will continue as an interim improvement for the 12 or 18 months it will take to cutover from the current Portal product to a new one. However, the migrations to the new template will be scheduled around the labor-intensive phases of the Portal bid project. Except for the “facelift”, no custom redesigns of agency sites, including new subsites or intranet projects, will be initiated.

Requirements Used for Bid/RFP and Evaluation Process Please review and get us feedback by September 26, 2007 Would anyone be interested in another group meeting before the 26 th to discuss options further?
