Speech Requirements Speech Purpose: to inform To provide information which is new and substantial to your audience in an interesting way. Delivery Format: Manuscript Delivery Evaluation Criteria: (research, prep. Delivery) Content: substantial (data, expert opinion, quotes, etc.) Organization: effective enough to engage the audience Language & Delivery: Well-written manuscript with an emphasis on expressive voice control practice.
