The world’s largest professional networking site One of the most important tools employers use to find new employees Provides an easy way to promote yourself and build your network Allows you to easily collect information on companies you want to work for and prepare for your interviews Allows you to find people, like you, and connect with them through the system without needing their email address

LinkedIn Adding Connections LinkedIn makes it easy to add new and existing contacts, known as connections. To add a connection, go to Connections. A list of people you may know will appear. If you find someone you'd like to add, select Connect. You can then add a custom message and click Send. Or, reach out to employers by following different companies on the LinkedIn network. LinkedIn can help you establish yourself as a valuable resource Give you insights into key industries Help you connect with prospects, customers, vendor partners and peers. Fill your network with valuable connections for your business. Go to the Advanced People Search tool and you’ll find numerous ways to search for possible connections. Search by industry, company size. Search to find all the members of a particular group. It’s never about how many connections you make, it’s about having the right connections.
