SOCIAL MEDIA IS AN UMBRELLA TERM THAT DEFINES THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THAT INTEGRATE TECHNOLOGY, SOCIAL INTERACTION, AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF WORDS, PICTURES, VIDEOS AND AUDIO.

SOCIAL MEDIA IS A CONVERSATION SUPPORTED BY ONLINE TOOLS. IN OTHER WORDS… SOCIAL MEDIA IS A CONVERSATION SUPPORTED BY ONLINE TOOLS.
