The words on this list will not necessarily be the ones tested, but they will follow this spelling pattern. Students will have to say each word instantly, without sounding them out. Appointments will be scheduled for Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays between April 9th and May 9th. Information regarding the registration process and requirements is located on the Kindergarten Registration page of the Effingham County Schools website. Please read this information prior to calling (912) to schedule a registration appointment. Central Registration hours are Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m - 5:00 p.m. The Central Registration Center is closed on Fridays.Kindergarten Registration Please do not wait until summer to register your child for Kindergarten. Parents who wait until school starts will experience increased wait times, and early registration is crucial to ensure that the necessary teachers are employed. NOTE: Parents of children currently attending a school-based Bright From the Start Pre-K classroom or a school-based Preschool Intervention classroom are not required to complete the registration process.
