Students will be tested Friday and will have to write each word correctly. These are some examples of word patterns that will be used. The words on this list will not necessarily be the ones tested, but they will follow this spelling pattern. WEEK 11~ short /u/ sound

Sight Words
Students will be tested Friday. Students will have to say each word instantly, without sounding them out. They will not have to write them

Daily: Read, or have someone read to you for 10 – 15 minutes. (AR)

Thursday: Math Sheet and Study Word Work list & sight words for test tomorrow.

Picture orders and $ are due Wednesday, Oct. 31st .
Checks payable to Leonard's.
Orders may also be placed will need to reference the access code on the order form. 
1st Grade Field Trip
We will be going to Honey Ridge Plantation/Farms on Thursday, Nov. 1st. We sent home a permission form last week. Please fill it out with the $5 admission fee and return it to school. We WILL accept parent’s $5 payment for Honey Ridge Farms but you can also pay when you arrive the morning of the field trip or pay online with this link:
Halloween Goody Bags
HALLOWEEEN is approaching F~A~S~T….we need donations for “goody bags” for the children. Please send anything you would be willing to donate, such as: stickers, pencils, stamps, individually wrapped candy, etc. Please send these donations in no later than Tuesday, Oct. 30th. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!
