Word Work Words Students will be tested on Friday and will have to write each word correctly. These are some examples of word patterns that will be used. The words on this list will not necessarily be the ones tested, but they will follow this spelling pattern. Students will have to say each word instantly, without sounding them out. Your child has been practicing hard for the past 3 weeks and is very excited about the program. Please make sure your child is dressed in a white shirt with blue jeans for the program ( I will send a separate note if your child needs to dress differently). Also, all students are expected to be at Marlow at 6:45. We will line the students up on the blue hall (4th & 5th grade) outside of the music room. Invention Convention It is time for students to think about creating an invention for our MES Invention Convention. Please discuss this opportunity with your child. Inventions need to be completed by March 12, Please let me know if your child would like to participate so that I can send home the Invention Guidelines.
