Panic Attacks  Fear of losing control or dying  Pounding heartbeat  Difficulty breathing  Choking sensation  Nausea  Feeling like you may die

Obsessive Compulsive  Upsetting involuntary thoughts (i.e. violent)  Compulsion to do things repeatedly (wash hands / Lock Doors)  Fear that something bad will happen if one does not give into these urges

Social Phobia  General: Pathological Shyness  Feeling of being under scrutiny by other  (i.e. while dinning at a restaurant)  Performance Anxiety  Where you are under scrutiny by others  (i.e. stage fright / giving oral reports / test anxiety)
