2 Anxiety Disorders are a normal part of life. You might feel anxious when faced with a problem either at work, taking a test at school, or making a very important decision. For a person with an anxiety disorder, the anxiety does not go away and can get worse over time. These feelings can interfere with daily activities such as a job performance, school work, and also relationships.

3 Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) Panic Disorder Social Anxiety Disorder (Social Phobia)

4 People with GAD can not get rid of their concerns, even though the usually realize that their anxiety is more intense than the situation at hand. They cannot relax, get startled easily, and have difficulty at concentrating. Some physical symptoms are the usual fatigue, muscle tension, headaches, twitching, sweating, nausea, and lightheadedness.

5 People with panic disorder are panicked very easily, and also get startled and get scared easily also. People with panic disorder may have: 1.Sudden and repeated attacks of fear 2.A feeling of being out of control during a panic attack 3.An intense worry about when the next attack will happen. 4.A fear of avoidance of places where panic attacks have occurred in the past. 5.Physical symptoms during an attack, such as pounding or racing heart, sweating, breathing problems, weakness and dizziness, hot or a cold chill, numb hands, chest pain, and stomach pain.

6 Social Anxiety Disorder is where the person get very uncomfortable and very nervous in a social place. They tend to be very self conscious in front of other people and feel embarrassed. Some signs and symptoms are: 1.Afraid that other people will judge them. 2.Very anxious about being with other people and have a hard time talking to them. 3.Worry for days or weeks before and event where other people will be. 4.Blushing, sweating, or trembling around other people.
