Harnesses Stacking Status Set 1 C34 (X0) –Open Issues Need to repair the bend of the OSP stack at the tapes Set 2 –General Set has NOT been assigned yet. Decided to put in hold: too many faults. –Status All usable Harnesses “Prepared” and tested –Open Issues Need several repairs Set 3 –General Set assigned to C12 –Status done –Open Issues OSP LV to stack. Problems in the wire bends D. GiugniMonday Meeting Set 4 –General Set assigned to C78 –Status Done EXCEPT OSP LV STACK –Open Issues OSP LV STACK to fix. Set 5 –General Set assigned to C56 –Status Done EXCEPT OSP LV STACK –Open Issues Need testing Set 6 –General : only pre-tested

Soldering Agreed sequence : –ISP C34 (X0) almost finished –ISP C12 (X1) in the pipe line –ISP C78 (X2) Ready to go –ISP C56 (X3) Ready to go (but needs another week for training the last soldering team) D. GiugniMonday Meeting

Schedule for this week Stacking –Keep going with SET 6 and the others. –Activity will be slowed down by 50% due to the ELCO connector pins removal (not quite an issue) Corrugated panel bonding: Delay in the SLA parts. 2 panels done for the C34 already assembled in the panel. –Restart the production this week as soon as parts are delivered (parts have been shipped). BackBone  Not at high priority this week. PP0 boards stiffening and Alu Block bonding Done C5, C6, C7 and C8. C Side has been finished. Actually we are not working on the OSP. –Priority on the ISP A side boards. Not foreseen this week for stiffening. Soldering –Keep going with the ISP C34 (X0) HV routing. –Load the C12 PS  PS soldering –Kick off the C78  HV-NTC Post Soldering Assembly Final Assembly Trial (X-1) –Low priority in loading the OSP 3 and ISP 3 on the trial. Needs ER_bundles!! 4
