Basic test unit/run is

Particular crate with fixed board load
Any board switches require the start of new test run

5. Commissioning PC commissioning is starting
Will concentrate on 30 PLUS end crates
Will not finish before start of CMS closing
June 1 start closing >> 4 weeks
Can and will continue during closing and as access permits during MTCC
Start lowering Sep 20 >> 20 weeks
Expect to commission 2+-1 per week from May 1
Too slow a pace >> 2 is too slow a pace, 3 is OK
By June 1 should have clear idea on actual pace of commissioning and how to improve

6. MINUS End Racks Crates Boards Commissioning All mini racks prepared
Will install during and after MTCC as access permits

All crates are scheduled to be completed by the end of the MTCC
Will install from end of MTCC to beginning of MINUS end lowering
More time will be available than for the PLUS end
Boards
Boards are all here or arriving on schedule
Should all be here by end of MTCC
Commissioning
A pace of 2 per week is adequate to meet schedule
