They are coded to you.

Unexpected Card What to include in a heartfelt card: –Sincere & authentic message of appreciation, encouragement, congratulations, etc. –Give to give with NO expectation of return –A gift or gift card What NOT to include in a heartfelt card: –Business-related offer (example: birthday card with a discount for a future purchase). If you give a gift, do so with no strings attached – an outright gift! In other words, offer a free massage, not “15% off on your next massage”). –“By the way…” –Any promotional tools (DVD, etc.)
