HOW TO APPROVE MULTIPLE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS IN PAYMENTNET

2. Open Internet browser.
Go to and sign in with Organization ID us00106, User ID (Your Moody Employee ID#), and your password.

3. 3. Click on TRANSACTION APPROVER role.

4. 4. Click on TRANSACTIONS FOR APPROVAL to see transactions waiting for you to approve.

5. 5. Click anywhere on line of first transaction to open it up

6. 6. Review Account Code Combination and Transaction Notes for accuracy and complete justification.

7. Click on next arrow to review next transaction. Continue this process until reach last transaction. Then click RETURN TO TRANSACTION LIST.

8. 8. Click on Paperclip to open documents, continue until finished reviewing documents. One attachment containing all documents in transaction order is suggested. You may want to do this step first and review documents while looking at each transaction (open documents before opening transactions as shown on slide 5).

9. 9. Select all transactions for approval, then click APPROVE button .

10. 10. All transactions are now Approved .
