4 UCSB Module Assembly Problems Past Week –Module assembly on the gantry went smoothly. –Checking of HV resistance at the urging of the TEC people showed some slightly high resistances. Out of 190 sensors measured: 5 were between 10 – 25 ohms (2 were on one TEC ST module) 4 were between 5 – 9 ohms 6 were between 2 – 4 ohms 175 were 2 > ohms

5 Wirebonding This Week –Bonding has kept up with module assembly. –8060 head seems to have taken a turn for the worse although they were able to bond hybrids with it this morning. Proceeding with getting the new head installed ASAP.
