Module status 1 hybrid received with distorted bonds (on 3 APV’s): no problems on the module ==> no repair done A few channels open on some hybrids 1 pinhole ==> channel not bonded between sensor and PA 1 module with a handling accident: damaged bonds replaced, scratch on the pitch adapter, module fulfills still the specifications (7 bad channels) 1 module shows frequent I2C problems All modules shipped to Aachen and Lyon Vienna / Inst. für Hochenergiephysik Tracker-week April 2004
