Preston High School “Home of the Indians” January 19, 2015 From our Counselors Where does the time go? The middle of January in the second semester of the year already and not much snow. With it being January, our State testing will soon be coming up. The testing window for this year opens the end of March and will go through the middle of May. Last year was a pilot year on the process and unfortunately we didn’t receive any of the data. This year we will receive data and can make adjustments within our school as needed based on the results. As a staff we will encourage the students to give their best effort when testing. We would encourage you to do the same as parents and guardians. Preston High School has a new website. You can check it out at There are many links to which you can learn more about the school and see what is going on. There is also a link to PowerSchool to help track your child/children’s grades, attendance, etc. Thanks for all your support in helping to make Preston High School a great school.
