Regular attendance has a huge impact on a student’s academic success. Families play a key role in making sure students get to school safely every day and understand why attendance is so important for success in school and in life. We realize some absences are unavoidable due to health problems or other circumstances. But we also know that when students miss too much school -- regardless of the reason -- it can cause them to fall behind academically. Everyone suffers when students are absent or tardy. Let us know how we can best support you and your children so that they can be present for school on time, every day. Meetings for Juniors Ms. Hale, our College Counselor will be scheduling conferences with 11th grade students and their parents to review graduation requirements, plan for the senior year, and discuss the college admission process. To protect the safety of all students we ask that you take the following steps for picking up your child. 1.Parents will be able to drive on campus at 2:50 pm. Dismissal is at 3:05pm. 2.If you arrive earlier than 2:50 pm, please park in the Target Store parking lot across the street. 3.Please do not park on Taco Bell parking lot, or at the small parking lot that is on the right, upon entering. Taco Bell has said they will cite and ticket anyone that parks in their lot. The first, small parking lot belongs to the Unity Center and is not designated for use by ASE. Parents who park in those lots may be subject to ticketing or towing park at your own risk. 4.Please drive slowly and carefully as not to endanger the safety of our students. 5.When waiting in line to pick up your child, stay to the right.
