The NHS Selection Process The Faculty Council consists of 5 Dakota staff members selected by the principal. The role of the Faculty Council is to review the information packets and to select the NHS candidates who meet the appropriate criteria. They take into consideration the teacher evaluations and answers to the short response questions.

Notification Students will pick up their decision letters after the faculty council meets. The dates for the letter pickup will be on the morning announcements. Letter pickup will take place at the Ninth Grade Center.

Frequently Asked Questions Q. Is there a limit on how many students NHS accepts each year? No. NHS accepts as many students that meet the appropriate criteria.
