1 National Honor Society Maximizing Your Opportunity for Selection

2 Student Activity Information forms are available for those students in grades 10-12 who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.3 or above and have been in attendance at Smithville High School for a minimum of 1 semester. Each form is evaluated and scored by members of the Faculty Advisory Committee. A student can earn a maximum of 60 points. These points are earned in the areas of scholarship, leadership, service, and character. Scores in all areas will be totaled and ranked in order from highest to lowest. The faculty advisory committee then double checks the final scores and finalizes the cut-off score. Final scores are seen only by the committee and are sealed thereafter.
