Heart and Lung Endurance Heart and Lung Endurance is the ability to do activities that require increased oxygen.
Muscular Strength Muscular Strength is the ability to use your muscles to perform various activities.
Muscular Endurance Muscular Endurance is the ability to use muscular strength over a set period of time.
Flexibility Flexibility is the ability to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion.
Body Composition Body Composition is the % of body fat compared to the % of lean muscle tissue.
