We start with the employers Good relationship with employers in the care sector. Working together to place young people in the care sector. We provide the training, employers provide the support within the work place. Young people can see a natural progression from Level 1 courses to care management. South Thames College

Last registration date 31st Dec 2019 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) 4978 Last registration date 31st Dec 2019 About 12 mandatory units and about 7 optional units needed Optional units can be taken from a total of 79 units Credits based qualification Additional mandatory unit added regarding a research project that the leaners must do 5 pathways for this award, 2 child pathways and 3 adults Children's Residential management now a separate award South Thames College

New Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (3080) learners must achieve 11 mandatory units and 7 optional units. 18 units total. Optional units can be taken from a total of 16 units No credits with this qualification If Taken as part of an apprenticeship qualification then maths and English at level 2 will need to be acheived South Thames College
