5 News update The Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (England) – 4978 is still current. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (England) ( ) will supersede this in December 2019 The new level 5 is an apprenticeship standard and all learners will need to achieve Maths and English at level 2. Diploma level 4 Lead Practitioner in adult care will be coming out as an apprenticeship qualification later in the year South Thames College
