2015 Board Activities First Building Committee meeting was held February 16, 2015. Elected Officers 11 meetings were held during 2015 (scheduled to meet the 3rd Monday of every month). 1 executive meeting was held during 2015 pertaining to the unresolved airport lawsuit. The committee reviewed (3) plans submitted to construct a storage shed, (1) fence and (2) homes in the subdivision. The committee met with a few residents to discuss establishing a Neighborhood Watch program after several vehicles were vandalized. Requested bids on insurance policy for Officers. The committee requested quotes for trash pick up services in order to determine whether it would be feasible for residents to utilize the same carrier. Pricing information was submitted to homeowners in a quarterly newsletter. The committee published (2) quarterly newsletters; copies available. Billed 2016 Maintenance Fees. Mailed letters for the 2016 annual homeowner’s meeting. 9

SKYLAKES SECTION II SUCCESSOR BUILDING COMMITTEE MEETINGS A meeting is held the third Monday of every month and everyone is welcome to attend. Regulation of Display of Political Signs Texas Property Code Section 202.009 Except as otherwise provided by this section, a property owners’ association may not enforce or adopt a restrictive covenant that prohibits a property owner from displaying on the owner’s property one or more signs advertising a political candidate or ballot item for an election: On or after the 90th day before the date of the election to which the sign relates; or Before the 10th day after that election date.
