4 POHA Mission The mission of the Pickard Oaks Homeowners Association is to maintain and improve the value of our real estate investment, within a friendly and comfortable upscale neighborhood.

6 A Special Thanks The Board very much appreciates the initiative and efforts of Jodi Ohletz and Betsy Newlon, who organized the first ever Pickard Oaks Oktoberfest.

9 Parking and Rules Do not block mailboxes
Parking on the streets must be minimized, or the Town will have to implement one side parking The streets of Pickard Oaks may not be used for long-term storage (i.e., more than two weeks) Each home has a garage and driveway, providing enough space for at least two cars.  -- But don’t block sidewalks As there is limited street parking for cars of homeowners each unit is allocated parking rights on the street for no more than one vehicle

12 Dues Status & Sales As of November 30, 2015 the total delinquencies were $497.00 This is less than .0038% of total annual dues. There have been 7 sales in 2015 and 1 unit is under contract – 303 Charleston. There are no homes currently for sale.

For certificate of Insurance call: The POHA insurance covers structural damage, subject to a $5000 deductible (which is the homeowners responsibility). Your personal insurance: Insure your home contents and betterments.

Help your neighbor by moving/protecting newspapers, and packages Keep both trash cans OUT OF SIGHT except on the day of pickup Keep your property neat RULE: No exterior changes without Board approval

21 Friendly Reminders Dogs – Clean up after your pet. Carry away waste to YOUR trash can Window Screens are required Water the driveway separators and “fragile” bushes, plants, & trees
