As a Board continue to address communication issues address: Continue to improve processes and efficiency Encourage homeowner feedback and take actions (positive and negative) Ensure Association is run as a model for other Associations Working with Tony Murphy – Director at large Home owners moving in/out of the Development/Association

Q: When and what would be an appropriate reason for raising HOA annual dues? Invoice Dates for 2017 Mailed April 1, 2017 Due May 1, 2017

9 Treasurer Report New $100 Administrative/Recording fee for real estate documentation requests Effective January 1, 2017 Review 2016 & Approve 2017 Budgets ~ 25% over budget Key contributors: New pool curb improvement (non budgeted expense) Professional service fees over budget due to significant additional visits

11 Job Descriptions Wilds Board of Directors will be taking job applications for: Lawn Care Pool Caretaker Resumes due by April 15, 2017 Interviews Selection one week later

Lawn Care $25 per mowing Mow 2x/week minimum (additional if needed) Lawn bagged and trimmed each time HOA will pay for Sartell compost site season pass Start mowing in the spring and finish in late fall

Pool Caretaker $175 week $12.50/hr opening/closing duties Open Pool Every day 9am and close at 9pm from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day. (additional time if requested) Pool Maintenance (Daily pool cleaning -vacuum if required-)

Pool Caretaker (cont’d) Clean bathrooms each day and stock supplies Clean pool deck and organize furniture each day Take furniture out of storage in the spring and put in storage in the fall Primary contact for Performance Pools regarding all maintenance & service issues Ensure maintenance required reported to Board Member Keep pool storage room clean and organized

15 Board Member Elections
Three board members 2 year term Specific role will be determined amongst Board of Directors Example: Not selecting President or Vice-President One vote per residence (homeowner) Ensure you vote for three people
