8 Delinquent Dues Action Taken  Registered letters sent by Board in July to 10 homeowners (including 1 remaining from last year) Four promptly responded. Four promptly responded.  6 names were turned over to attorney who initiated a letter asking for payment and recoupment of legal fees. 3 homeowners responded to that request. 3 homeowners responded to that request.  The board filed a claim in District Civil Court for the remaining three.
