Uninstalling Google App Sync If you previously used the Outlook Desktop Client, please follow these steps to remove the Google App Sync Tool before continuing on with the setup. Remove Existing Outlook Profiles Click on the start icon and start typing ‘control panel’ Select the control panel app as seen in the image When the control panel window appears, find the ‘mail’ settings

Open Outlook Open the start menu and type in outlook. Select Outlook 2016 as pictured When outlook opens, enter your name as a the default profile. Set Up Outlook Your email address should be automatically detected. Confirm your address is correct or type it in the email address field. Click Next. Set up Outlook (Cont.) Allow the account wizard to run. You may be asked for a password. You should enter your network (O-Zone) password. Make sure to check the remember credentials box for ease of access.

Set up Outlook (Cont.) Congratulations, you have successfully configured your mail client! If you manage an additional account you can click on the ‘Add another account’ button. Otherwise, click Finish. Your Outlook client may need to restart to finish configuration.
