3. Step 1: Open your android devices settings, by tapping the “settings” icon. The settings icon can also be found in the apps list.

4. Step 2: Tap the accounts tab, then tap “Add account”

5. Step 3: You should now be at the Add account screen. From this screen you will tap “Microsoft Exchange Activesync”

6. Step 4: Enter your email address and password in the corresponding boxes, then tap the “Manual setup” button.

7. Step 5: At the next screen, follow the directions below for each marked section. Then tap the “Next” button. Enter your email address here. Enter your email address Enter your email password here. Enter mobile.ventech.com as your exchange server. Make sure you select “Use secure connection (SSL)”

8. Step 6: The next screen is for setting your account options. From here your can use the pull-down menus to select how often you would like to sync your email, and how far back you would like the sync process to look for past emails. You can also choose to sync your email contacts, your calendar, and tasks. When you are happy with how you have set your sync schedule, click the “Next” button. Note: For schedules, the “Push” option will update the most frequently.

9. Step 7: Tap “Activate” at this screen.

10. Step 8: Give your account a name (for example “Precision Spine Mail”), then click the “Done” button. You should soon start receiving alerts, when your emails arrive.

11. Apple Devices/iOS

12. Step 1: Tap “Settings” > “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” > “Add Account” > “Exchange”

13. Step 2: Enter your email address and password, then tap “Next”.

14. Step 3 : At this screen, enter your information, following the guide below. Tap “next” once you have finished entering the info. Enter your email address Enter mobile.ventech.com as the server Leave this field blank Enter your email address Enter your email password

15. Step 4: Here you can choose to sync your email, contacts, calendars, reminders, and notes. Tap “Save” when you are finished with your selections.

16. Windows Phone

17. Step 1: Navigate to account creation screen, using the instructions below. Tap “email+accounts”Tap “Settings”Swipe left from home screen

18. Step 3: Add your Exchange account. Tap “add an account”Tap “Outlook”

19. Step 4: Enter your email address, and password, then tap the “sign in” button. Then, at the next screen, tap the “show all settings button.”

20. Step 5: Once all settings are shown, enter in your email information following the guide below. Once all information is filled in, tap the “sign in” button. You should now start receiving email in your Outlook app. Enter your password here Enter your email address here The domain is your email address following the / symbol, for example /John.doe@precisionspineinc.com Enter your email address again here Enter mobile.ventech.com for the server Make sure this option is checked.
