3 Jabber Installation - Windows
Click the Link from the Installation Instructions and select Open: Run “CiscoJabberSetup.msi” Accept and Install When Prompted: Jabber will install automatically, Check the Box to “Launch Cisco Jabber” and click the Finish button:

4 Jabber Installation – MAC OS
Click the Link from the Installation Instructions and select Open: After opening the Zip file, double click on the Jabber icon and hit Continue on the Welcome screen Select the “Cisco WebEx Connect” service when promopted and hit Continue. Type in your address into the Username field: Continue passed the Single Sign on screen You may get a prompt to login, type in the credentials in the format shown You will receive a Welcome Screen to Jabber Note: Installation may freeze if you have Skype installed. Remove Skype and try installation again.

5 Jabber Audio Configuration - Windows
Sign on to Jabber and go to File > Options and select the Phone accounts tab Type in your network credentials for both Phone Services and Voic services Note: You must be on VPN or on the network to enable voice services. If you only see Voic under the Phone accounts tab then the audio has not been enabled on the phone system for your account. Please contact

Sign on to Jabber and go to Jabber > Preferences Click on the “Accounts” option and Under phone services type in your network credentials Type in credentials to the Voic option as well Note: You must be on VPN or on the network to enable voice services. 7 Calling Features To make a phone call: Forward your calls
Type in the number you wish to call in the search box You can also call by pressing the Phone button on a contact You can use the search box in a chat box Or call the person you are chatting with the Phone icon Forward your calls On the bottom right hand corner, the telepresence icon can be used to Forward your calls

8 Voicemail Features Check your voicemail:
There is a voic icon on your Jabber window You can listen directly from Jabber, or delete your voic s from Jabber or you can press the Call voic button Messages will appear like the picture below, press play to listen
