What will this presentation cover? Information about the Tender Process Indicative Timelines (To commence in next 30 days) Using NHS Sourcing Asking questions during the Tender Further Information: Deadlines Support Questions?

Using NHS Sourcing The SYPS use the NHS Sourcing portal which is also referred to as ‘Bravo Solutions’ to send out and receive its tenders and submissions from bidders.

Using NHS Sourcing https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk Register Interest Access to Documents Communication with CCG Submit Tender Responses Notification of Outcomes and Feedback We can only score your response on what is in your Bid. Do NOT assume we already have knowledge of your Organisation or Services

Information about the Tender Process There are two stages to this process: SQ (PQQ) first stage reduces the number of bidders (minimum of 5) ITT A bigger document which asks detailed questions e.g. How would you provide the service if successful. The last opportunity for submitting questions about the tender is about four days before the closing date. The system will not allow submissions to be submitted after the closing date however if there are last minute issues e.g. power outage and we are contacted before tender closure we may extend this deadline by up to half an hour. It is in your responsibility to ensure you upload your attachments and submit your response before the closing date has passed. We cannot view any of the submissions until the tender has closed. NB The contracting authority reserves the right to exclude suppliers who have submitted a late response. Need to emphasise that Noon is the cut off time and late submissions will not be accepted. Also No bid can be read until the stage has closed. Leaving submission until the last minute risks a technology glitch and the submission not going in! Take care with long file names and don’t use any unusual characters #~^&* etc

Asking Questions during the Tender If you have a question during the procurement process you must only ask the question to the procurement team via the NHS Sourcing messaging portal. Contacting any other person at any of the organisations involved could be classed as canvassing. We will endeavour to respond to your questions in three working days. All questions received will be anonymised and the answers shared with the other bidders. Please try and ask any questions as early as possible in the process so that you have your answer in good time to prepare your best possible bid.
