20. General information When completing your tender submission you must assume that the evaluation panel know nothing about you and your company. If it’s not written down it can’t be scored. Completed responses must be uploaded and submitted through the system by the deadline indicated. The Council will not normally accept late submissions and you are responsible for ensuring that you get the necessary files and documents uploaded and submitted in good time. Bear in mind this is a web based system so you should leave plenty of time to upload as it can be slow if the servers are busy. Any queries MUST be submitted via The Chest’s Q&A facility and responses will normally be published publically for all suppliers to see – if you don’t want to be identified do not put you name on the subject line!.
