II. W HAT ARE POSITIVE CHOICES FOR LIVING HEALTHY ? A. 8 – 10 hours of sleep each night. B. Starting each day with a healthy breakfast. C. Eating a variety of nutritious foods. D. Maintaining a healthy weight. E. Avoiding tobacco, alcohol and other drugs. F. Abstaining from sexual activities before marriage. G. Managing stress. H. Maintaining positive relationships. I.
