5 Seven Lifestyle Factors that make a difference in people’s overall health: Get between 7-8 hours sleep per night. Eat nutritious foods from the 5 major food groups. Refrain from smoking and using tobacco products. Eat breakfast daily. Do 20-30 minutes of non-stop vigorous activity a minimum of 3 X a week. Do NOT use alcohol or other drugs. Maintain your recommended body weight.
