Factors of Good Health 1. Diet  Well balanced diet (5 main food groups) 2. Rest  7 to 8 hrs. / night 3. Exercise  3 to 5 days/week; 20 – 30 min. a day 4. Posture  Increases muscle tone of back/abs 5. Avoid Drug/Alcohol use  Prevents disease
