HMIC Police Report Card Region Comparisons: Good – Meeting the standard, although there may be minor dips in performance. Fair – Performance is variable but meets most of the requirements of the standard. Remedial action may be needed. National Comparisons: D and C is one of 13 forces with at least ‘good’, ‘good’, ‘fair’ across the three high level assessments. Just 4 forces received three ‘good’ assessments at the top level.
