2010 ANNUAL MEETING May 5 th, 2010 Mission Statement Our mission is to create and perpetuate a safe, fun and attractive environment that protects our families and our home investment. We will accomplish this objective through the active involvement of every member of this subdivision who wishes to get involved. Agenda: -Introduction of Current Board of Directors -Treasurer’s Report -Update on 2009 Projects Completed -May 13 th thru 15 th Garage Sale Plan Projects Under Consideration -Review Street Repaving Efforts & Opportunities -Election of 2010/2011 Officers -Closing Comments Respectfully, Your 2009/2010 Board of Directors

Remaining mindful of the challenging economic times that we are, and will most likely continue to face throughout this year, we are pleased to have completed the following projects with absolutely no Government assistance and staying firmly within our budget. 1. Completed landscaping and sidewalk along Owen Rd. 2. Organized Block Captains to assist in welcoming new neighbors. 3. Updated and distributed our new and sustainable Neighborhood Directory. 4. Completed repairs to streetlights throughout the subdivision. 5. Organized our forthcoming annual community garage sale. 6. Developed and launched our Silver Ridge Website We hope that these efforts have met with your approval and appreciate the active involvement from many of you that helped make these projects happen!

Projects currently under consideration for 2010 include but are certainly not limited to: *Develop a homeowner’s road committee to investigate options and make recommendations for further repairs *Posting “No Solicitation” signs at both entrances. *Lighting for our East entrance sign. *Upgrading our current streetlights. *Organizing a Neighborhood Watch program. *Address diseased Austrian Pines along Owen Road.
