4 HOA Mission The mission of the Pickard Oaks Homeowners Association is to maintain and improve the value of our real estate investment, within a friendly and comfortable upscale neighborhood.

6 Maintenance Activities - 2014 Removed Barn and prepared initial recreation area Ongoing roof and gutter repairs Continued to replace rotted bottom risers of front steps with PVC Mailbox maintenance and inspection Volleyball court maintenance Cleaned gutters

13 Homeowner Expectations Troublesome activities or trespassing: Call 911 Help your neighbor by moving/protecting newspapers, packages Keep both trash cans OUT OF SIGHT Keep recycling trash clean, and put out once/twice monthly, or when full Water the driveway separators and “fragile” bushes, plants, & trees Keep your property neat No exterior changes without approval
