Canterbury Newsletter A Publication of The Canterbury Homeowner’s Association Box 68 Powell, OH March 2015 Dear Canterbury Neighbors, Hello everyone! I hope the start of Spring has been great for everyone. After this winter I am really looking forward to the sun and warmth soon to come. Your 2015 HOA board would like to welcome back Anton Kaufman as a Trustee. Anton has served in the past and we all appreciate his efforts. Anton takes over for Brian Wenner who resigned due to other priorities that prevented him from properly filling his trustee duties. Thanks Brian for your help over the past four years. I would like to thank everyone for their involvement with many of our special programs. Our goal for this year is a continuation of the path set forward in We will be focusing on evaluating upcoming capital expenses, increasing communication with neighbors and keeping an eye on community issues that affect Canterbury and our neighboring areas. I encourage everyone to consider joining the board, helping with neighborhood events (such as the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt) or joining community efforts such as OPAL (adding more paths to the Olentangy/Powell/Liberty area). Together we can make our great neighborhood even better. Thanks to all.
