Information regarding our themes and planned activities are displayed on the notice board in the corridor. Parents Voice Rachel and Laura will be holding a coffee Morning on Wednesday 18th March at 9.30am and welcome all parents and carers. We would like to hear your ideas and views on our venue for this years summer trip, we will also be giving an update on our planned outdoor area and would welcome your ideas. We welcome parents/carers to contribute their ideas and views about all aspects of our provision. So please come along and join us. Comic Relief 2015 We are inviting the children to come in on Friday 13 th March dressed as their favourite animal (animal onesies, face painted as an animal etc ) for a small donation to comic relief. All money raised will go to comic relief. As part of the theme for comic relief we will be having a fun filled animal week. If anyone has an interesting animal and would like to come in and share there experience with the children, please let us know. Changes to term dates We have made a change to our current term dates. We will be returning from the Easter break on Monday 13 th April not Tuesday 14 th as previously stated and we will be finishing for the summer on Tuesday 21 st July not Wednesday 22 nd as previously stated. School leavers group Photograph Tempest photography will be at Bizzy Bears on Tuesday24 th March at 9.30am to take a group photograph of all our school leavers. If your child does not attend this session and will be going to school in September 2015 they are invited in at 9.30am to have their picture taken. Name sticks We know how much the children enjoy finding their name at the beginning of the session and placing it on the board or in a cup. Unfortunately name sticks do go missing from time to time, if your child’s stick does go missing please can you write their name on a post it and give it to a member of staff so we can replace it.

You can come along any morning or afternoon between 9.15am-10.00am and 12.30pm- 1.15pm and join in the fun! You don't have to stay for the whole session, perhaps 10 minutes when dropping off your child. The children enjoy this special time and it gives you an opportunity to experience pre school life from your child’s perspective. Policies We have reviewed our, admissions policy, Child Protection policy and Whistle blowing policy this month. Our policies and procedures are available to parents and carers and are located in the changing rooms and on our website. Easter bonnet parade On Wednesday 25 th March and Friday 27 th March we will be having an Easter bonnet parade. Please can you help your child to make a bonnet at home or at Pre school. We will be holding art and craft open sessions on Monday 23 rd March 9.15am – 9.45am and 12.30pm – 1.00pm for parents and children who wish to come in and make their bonnets. We have received some very positive feedback from parents who told us how much they enjoyed watching the DVD’S with their children. All money raised from the sale of the DVD’S will go towards funding for this years summer trip to contribute to travel costs and for our fun day for all children in the summer Used uniform sale We have had a small amount of Bizzy Bears uniform donated over the past few months in a variety of sizes.2-3,3-4 and 5-6. If any parents or carers are interested in purchasing any of this uniform please speak to a member of staff. T-shirts 50p and sweatshirts £1.00, any money raised will be used to purchase books for our book corner.
