St. Teresa School's 52nd Annual Fair School grounds: 209 Ojibway Avenue, Titusville October 17-20, 2013 "The largest church fair on the east coast of Florida." 2013 Fair Dates & Hours Thu., Oct. 17th — Opens at 5:00pm Fri., Oct. 18th — Opens at 5:00pm Sat., Oct. 19th — Opens at Noon Sun., Oct. 20th — Opens at Noon Fun for kids and adults of all ages!! We are currently working with the City of Titusville to gain water near the Preserve Way exit. This would allow us to beautify the area with flowers and bushes. We are also planning on adding electricity to three locations in our neighborhood. These electrical boxes would allow us to add aerators to the north and south ponds. These aerators will help with the algae growth and add more oxygen to the ponds. Sisson Meadows will be holding our 1 st annual community yard sale Friday, October 18 th – Sunday, October 20 th hours that will be advertised are from 8:00am-5:00pm!!! Get you old items together that you want to sell, it’s time to make some extra money!! The neighborhood will be placing an add for the event in the local paper

Agenda items include: What concerns have been raised in our neighborhood that will be voted on at our annual meeting. View packet that has been put together for annual meeting. Add or make changes as needed. Discuss FPL and Titusville Water projects Announce landscaping bid the board has choose. Determine a time and company for our aerators. You, as a member of the community, are invited to attend the HOA Board Meetings – please email the board in advance with any items you would like to discuss and it will be added to the agenda. 2014 Annual Homeowners Meeting: Our annual meeting has been scheduled! The board wanted to ensure that everyone is given ample notice. The meeting will be Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 5:00pm. Location is TBA, upon our facility application being approved. All committees can be contacted through the HOA website/email address. Welcome/Good Neighbor Committee You may have noticed that several homes in the neighborhood have recently completed construction and are now occupied. Say a friendly hello to your new neighbors and make them feel like part of the community! Architectural Review Committee (ARC) The ARC reviews any construction projects that you’d like to undertake on your property. Notify them if you plan to: -Install a fence-Install a pool -Build a patio or deck-Add a temporary structure (shed) Hurricane Crew Hurricane season is here and the Hurricane Crew is prepared to help. Please let them know if: You have ladders that neighbors can borrow to put up hurricane shutters You are willing to help your neighbors who are unable to put up their own shutters You need assistance Florida offers a great environment in so many ways. It definitely lacks in one—that’s the stink of our garbage containers. It is hot and humid here and that leads to rot and decay and malodorous contents by the time of our Friday morning pick up. Here’s some suggestions: 1.Use your garbage disposal for as much of your scraps as possible. 2.Give the bin a good scrubbing with laundry or dish soap and a broom. Rinse it well then pour a cup of bleach into the bin and scrub it all around with your broom. Close it and let it set a few minutes before rinsing. Rinse it well and turn upside down to let it drain well. Then, balancing it on its lid, set it at an angle to catch the sun. That will further disinfect and dry it. Keep it open until completely dry—moisture is a big culprit in the stink! 3.Use a mixture of baking soda (really cheap at Dollar General) and cat litter—two quarts litter and one box soda mixed well to absorb moisture and odor. Sprinkle one cup of the mix on the bottom of the cleaned bin and one-half cup into each garbage bag before closing it. Give the bag a good twisting after closing it to help keep odors from escaping.
